Please bring back the old menu. Had reservations but was there early, they sat us right away. And brought us everything out in a timely manner. And the cherry sauce that accompanies it has zero flavor as well. My husband and I always celebrate anniversaries and birthdays at Final Cut. Very pricey but on par with other steak houses. Food is always excellent!! They still offer a pork chop, but it falls short of the original. I would return. He explained the menu well. Apple cobbler is fantastic! The sea bass was the best around and now it doesn't exist. Never have a bad experience. The waiter was on the spot bring drinks. Specifically, the pork chop and no longer offering the Chilean sea bass. Absolutely delicious steak and wonderful customer service. He realized he brought me the wrong wine and brought me a new glass of the correct wine. Our only complaint was the length of time it took our food to arrive at our table after ordering it. Great service but had to wait almost 39 minutes past our reserved time food and service great a bit noisy this week. Brian , our waiter, recommended the wagyu beef steak. Thank for the kind words! But took away the half drank glass I had in front of me without asking. My filet was undercooked and had to be sent back which inevitably leads to overcooking. Now, would not recommend. We are sorry about your wait time but are glad that you enjoyed the rest of your dining experience. We will be back for a third and fourth time in the near future. Food was okay, but not great, for that price. The staff is exceptional. Great service table was ready when we check in. Robyn was our server.

Hardin County, KY cajun seasoning, andouille sausage, butter. Attentive but not overly so. It was close to 45 minutes for a steak and pork chop. Thanks Hershey, for making a so so dining experience better. Never a bad choice for a great dinner.

Brian Hershey is always attentive and on point. We have never had a bad meal restaurant in hollywood casino. Everything on it was awesome. We have been here many times. It's dry and has little flavor. We look forward to your next visit! The seasoning was perfect, the temperature was great. We ordered a filet and the pork chop.

Using a more locally sourced approach, in my opinion has ruined the menu. Their restaurant in hollywood casino has changed, not for the better. It is fairly pricey but the best places usually are.

The servers are great. The food was absolutely amazing, the waiters and waitresses were absolutely amazing as well! Food was cooked to perfection! I have dined at Final Cut many, many times over the past few years, but this time was very different.

Not sure if the steaks are sourced from a different place, but it was not up to the same high standards either. The steak sauce, mashed potatoes and pretzel bread were also very good. Our waiter was very good. Enjoyed everything. Service was good. This is the second time we were there, food again was the best I had. We were seated in a semi circle booth in the main hall so there was a lot of movement by staff and other people dining. Great food. Great food!! Plus they gave each woman a long stem rise for Valentines Day. Service was superb. In my opinion, the new menu is a fail. All in all it was OK if a little pricey. Great place. My wife had the creole pasta and raved about it. It was amazing.
